1. Acceptance

By accessing jcturning.com or using J&C Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. J&C Studio

J&C Studio is a creator-controlled publishing tool. It allows eligible creators to authorize their own TikTok account, preview original video content, select available publishing settings, and expressly choose when to send a post to TikTok.

3. Your account and authorization

You may connect only an account you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for complying with TikTok's applicable terms, community rules, content policies, and developer-supported publishing requirements.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for the content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and publish the video, caption, music, trademarks, likenesses, and other material you provide. You may not use J&C Studio to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content.

5. Creator control and disclosures

You are responsible for reviewing the preview and post settings before publishing. Where J&C Studio presents privacy, interaction, commercial-content, AI-generated-content, or policy confirmation options, you are responsible for selecting settings that accurately describe your post and comply with applicable platform rules and law.

6. Third-party platform processing

J&C Studio uses official TikTok APIs. TikTok may accept, reject, delay, restrict, label, process, or remove content under its own systems and policies. J&C Turning does not control TikTok's processing decisions or service availability.

7. No platform affiliation

J&C Turning and J&C Studio are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with TikTok unless expressly stated. TikTok names, marks, APIs, and platform features belong to their respective owners.

8. Prohibited access and abuse

You may not attempt to obtain another user's credentials or tokens, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe for confidential information, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive posting, or use the service in a way that violates platform limits or applicable law.

9. Availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, platform compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance, or service development. Third-party APIs may also change or become unavailable without notice.

10. Disclaimer

The website and J&C Studio are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, J&C Turning disclaims warranties not expressly provided in writing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, J&C Turning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, J&C Studio, user-submitted content, or third-party platforms and services.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
